Meet The Team

Kelly VanBuskirk

Q.C., Ph.D., C.Arb.

Kelly is a partner in the law firm of Lawson Creamer. He practices in the field of litigation with emphasis on labour and employment law and human rights.

Kelly has completed his Ph.D. and Master of Laws degree in employment in the United Kingdom, his LL.B. at U.N.B and his B.A at U.P.E.I. He is an adjunct professor in the Faculty of Business at the University of New Brunswick and also acts as a part-time instructor in the Faculty of Law. His research interests include employee claims motivations, dispute resolution models, workplace harassment and accommodation of disabilities.

Sarah Brooke

Sarah was a Chartered Legal Executive in the United Kingdom before immigrating to Canada. Here, she has worked extensively as a labour, employment and human rights law paralegal and has developed a wealth of knowledge and experience in Canadian workplace dispute resolution.
