Meet The Team
Kelly VanBuskirk
K.C., PhD, C.Arb.
Kelly is dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for his clients, while practicing in the field of litigation with an emphasis on labour, employment and human rights.
Kelly has completed his PhD. and his Master of Laws degree in employment in the United Kingdom, his LL.B. at UNB and his B.A. at UPEI. His is an adjunct professor in the Faculty of Business at the University of New Brunswick and also acts as a part-time instructor in the Faculty of Law. His research interests include employee claims motivations, dispute resolution models and workplace harassment.
Sarah Brooke
LLB, FCILEx
Sarah has worked in the law for more than two decades, first in the United Kingdom and for the last 15 years here in Canada.
For the last 12 years, Sarah has worked in labour, employment, and human rights and has a deep passion for helping solve workplace problems, having obtained her certified workplace investigator status and experience in many complex investigations. In addition, Sarah has experience with workplace dispute resolution.
